Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I see no harm in trying this; it's not like a combo of Recker & Centeno are likely to hit a lot worse. Whether d'Arnaud comes back in a week or in three weeks probably won't make a lot of difference in the short run and could pay off down the road.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Travis looked like his head was swimming at times..this should help..
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I think his biggest problem is the number of repetitions he lacked because of all the missed games during the latter part of 2012 and the front half of 2013.Getting promoted off of that stretch (more because of need than his having nothing left to learn) is kind of like starting college after missing big chunks of your Junior & Senior years of HS, it can be done but it's not going to be easy. And now this injury, even if it's only a short one, doesn't help matters any.
