Dice will have the pleasure of holding Billy Hamilton on first should he put him there.

I can't put my finger on exactly why, but I've really come to dislike Mat Latos so I hope this mighty lineup we're putting out there smacks him around.
Maybe it's because he seems to have more idiot-looking tattoos on his arms each time I see him.

btw, Nice bunt, dork-face.

Wow. Centano threw out Hamilton. First time the kids been caught stealing. That was a surprise. Centeno caught him good.

My fault Z...Didn't see it....

Don't matter. We got game! :)
And only a few left :(

Latos Ks em all in the 6th.
1-0 Mets on a seeing eye RBI single by Young, I am told.

Can we turn this game into a tear-filled and tribute-soaked sendoff for Matsuzaka?

Having at least as good a start as Pettitte did in his MFYS III Craig Swan song.

I'm still buzzin over this throw out. Centeno threw a screaming meemee to the base. On that play at first, before the attempt when he beat out Matz to the bag (maybe) I got to see really how fast Hamilton is. Of all people to gun him down, Centeno. I won't be forgetting his name.

Well, we didn't exactly smack Latos around, but we got him out of the game and at best he can't get a win and is currently on the hook for a loss.

And how about Matsuzaka being allowed to hit for himself in the 7th and then pitch the bottom half?
Not many people would have played that parlay given his first couple of outings.

He ended excellently. Course Hammilton is no hitter but still, big K.

Ugh, Feli walks Choo to face Votto. These two guys....

I hope the pitcher doesn't bother Recker while he's taking a walk around the plate. He does and Reckers looking good walking to first.

So because of the way the game is played today our best bat can't pinch hit in games? This is just for now, right? Cuzza the injury and season ending, right?

On edit: this game don't mean nothing but it is just a one run lead.

Matsuzaka, after those initial horrid starts, has been kinda good. Spring training invite?

An invite would be fine but I don't like this talk about him being a regular in the rotation next season.
