absolutely loved this when I saw it earlier. Harvey would have a career in TV, no doubt about it.

I wonder if they talked to the guy in the Braves jersey.
"He's a stud." "Thanks."
The guy came up with Lucas Duda as his favorite player. Really?

Glad he didn't come up to me.

"Harvey? He oughta stop acting like a reality TV star and concentrate on pitching before he jumps the shark for good. Baseball's a very humbling game but you wouldn't know it by the way this Escalade-driving, attention-starved jock douchebag goes about his business. I mean, Christ."

Are you sure that this works for Harvey the way that it works for Dickey?

I dunno. But I can't let him get away with this shit when he hasn't won a game in weeks.

Our favorite local reporter, News 12 Long Island's Erin Colton, on assignment at Citi Field, supporting my contention that all journalists should wear their Harv on their sleeves.

(A little investigative reporting indicates Erin is not really an MLBS, but if the jersey fits, there should be few snits.)

Never bet against Harvey or any part of him.

We saw a woman at the game last night who took a blue Davis jersey and turned it into a fitted dress. A well fitted dress. She was slender of build, so the numbers and logos just about touched the sides, and at her height it was not especially short. It looked hot, as in why would you wear something made of that material when it's 95 degrees and humid hot. Fun idea, though, and rather well executed.

I'm noticing the the plastic thingie that attaches to the price tag is still on Erin's cap. Would not be surprised if News 12 bought the get up at Modell's with the idea of returning it when she's done with it.

So, wait, she's a native Long Islander in her thirties, and not an MLBS?

Unless she's a weirdly-disinterested observer, allegiance-wise, that's just odd, isn't it?

I fear she swings the other way.
