Endy didn't make the Venezuealan WBC team this year. He did really well for them in 2006 and 2009.

Ramy-Ramy, on the other hand, has given up 10 earned runs on 11 hits including 3 HRs + 6 BBs over 8 innings this spring.
I would have suggested re-signing him here otherwise.
