Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Losing 9-1 in St. Lucie. Dillon Gee with a dreadful start.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 And that's your final. You can take whatever comfort you may derive from the fact that the Mets shut the Bengals down after the fourth, and Tornto's 17-5 drubbing of the Yankees in Dunedin.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 When I think of Dillon Gee I hope that Noah Syndergaard can hurry the heck up..
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Sept 2014 for 1st call-up with early 2015 as a permanent one would be a good schedule for Syndergaard,Gee is a guy who needs his control. Today he only gave up a couple of hits but walked 4 in a brief outing. Fortunately that's not his usual MO.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 Also two hit batsmen and three wild pitches. It was a Zambranoesque nightmare of a start. If Gee doesn't play out, he doesn't, but you had better have a more ready-to-wear backup plan than Snydergard.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Horrible outing. That was Dillon at zero-Gee. Edgin sucked. The rest looked good. Like what I'm seeing from Feliciano.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 If Gee bombs its probably Hefner for now.In time..I see Syndergaard as a 2..
