In light of my review for Argo , it is apparent that some of you have difficulty telling whether I recommend a film or not. I admit that I tend to exaggerate every slightish negative feature about a film regardless of the overall quality. But it's better to be picky than telling you it's good then you feel let down and disappointed.

Be that as it may, in the name of keeping things nice and clear let me be as unambiguous as possible in this critique:

Smash is fucking, fucking, fucking, fucking, bad, bad, bad, bad. Don't, don't, don't, don't, watch it. And I say this irrespective of the fact my friend is cast in the lead role.
