Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Ben Sheets, who hadn't pitched in thee majors since 2010 and before that in 2008 when he made his comeback vs the Mets with six 2-hit innings and a 3-0 record with just 1 earned run over his first 18 innings pitched, started for the Braves today and pitched one scoreless inning vs the Pirates and will now walk off into retirement.
