Sweep dreams are made of this

Cedeno - SS
Turner - 2B
Wright - 3B
Hairston - RF
Davis - 1B
Shoppach - C
Bay - LF
Torres - CF
Young - RHP

Obviously it's 'haul out the RH bats for the lefty' day.
Mark "The Quick" Buehrle (now who exactly decided on THAT spelling?) is playing the part of today's designated LHP

That would have been out at Citi Field.

lol. He would have been just getting to the spot that Stanton over ran. Wright routinely makes it 1-0.

I had an hallucination - I thought I saw a Jason Bay Grand Slam!

Young a lil shaky in the first but gets through it, Miami stranding runners on 1st and 3rd. No walks. He's throwing strikes. I think we will get a decent 6 from him. After six though, all bets are off.

Now that he hits he cant field!
I kid. Great try by Bay, both times. This one down the line would have been an amazing catch. He looked like he might have hurt himself, but he shakes it off.

Another ray of sunshine for Bay - a single to right with one out in the fourth.

Parnell wasn't double switched in, so now he's due to come to the plate next inning (and likely going to be pinch-hit for) after a five-pitch inning.

Let him bat, Terrence!

Terry goes to the pen early, pulls his first reliever after one inning despite him throwing only five pitches, and now he's scratching to finish the game.

A tale of two 1st inning fly balls: the one by Turner that Stanton over-ran and the one by Bay that carried about 6 feet far enough.
Slight alterations in either of those and it's a very different game.
