Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Looks like we've sat this one out. Mets trail 6-4 in the seventh, with most of the damage coming against Chris Schwinden, likely in his last hurrah.Duda has gone deep. Met homers this spring:Duda: 4Cedeno: 1Davis: 1Johnson: 1Loewen: 1Tejada: 1Turner: 1Valdespin: 1Or:Everybody but Duda: 7Duda: 4

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 27, 2012 Author Posted March 27, 2012 Throwing scoreless innings today: Parnell (again), Edgin, Ramirez. Touched for a single run were Rauchy. and Olson.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 27, 2012 Author Posted March 27, 2012 Ramon Ramirez coughing a run up.Strange how we focus on the back end and the front end has all had lousy springtimes.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 27, 2012 Author Posted March 27, 2012 Hey, start your own thread, Mr. I-Can-Read-a-Calendar.Anyhow, Mets go down 7-5, rallying in the ninth, but only plating one run and leaving the bases loaded as Thole goes down looking and Dudie flies to left.I have a feeling slow-starting is part of Thole's MO. And he could find himself getting some boo baths some time this spring.
