Read the book and loved it. Therefore, I don't want to see the movie.

yeah, Wifey Bucket read it too. I guess she assumed I wouldn't. Word is flick attempts to reflect the deft handling of the story, but doesn't quite successfully. Just on merits as a fkick I found it mildly interesting and very sad, but not great.
