What's with the patches getting the Anaheim/Tampa game in the central Texas and the Lake Erie regions?

Lake Erie region is weird, but I guess they decided the Cleveland area would rather watch the AL game.

the same with the Rangers area, plus the Angels are a division rival. There are apparently enough Mets fans in south florida to get the Florida game over extending the Tampa area all the way south.

I'm guessing so Texas Rangers fans can watch the Angels. I don't know why Cleveland is included unless it's simply because it's an AL game.
