Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted April 15, 2011 Author Posted April 15, 2011 Oscar Gamble remains the gold standard of afros but, during the mid-70s, I think Nino Espinosa and Billy Baldwin were the Mets that my then 10-11 year-old sister referred to as "the Mickey Mouse Twins" in honor of their large, black, rotund "ears" that stuck out from under their caps.
