Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 How do you like the picnicker in the White Sox jersey yelling at him.Phil Humber with his third career victory in that game.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Humber's stuff was nasty-looking for the two innings I caught; swing-and miss up the wazoo, and two Ks on 12-6 curves that ended up in the dirt.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 - Sam Fuld sounds like a guy who played like 70 years ago- Fat White Sox guy: "You lucky sunnafabitch"- That 12-6 curve was supposed to be Humber's meal ticket coming out of college. Maybe he's not too old yet to still carve out a decent career for himself.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Would be a bit funny if the only tangible thing the Twins got from the Johan trade was a solid, cheap starter on the White Sox.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Nice catch!Sam Fuld is a great story - playing professional baseball despite being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 10. By all accounts he's a good guy - it's nice to see that he's doing well.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Ha, that's great. Guy catches a foul ball...while holding a baby.http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=13641125&topic_id=8879838&c_id=mlb

But that's it.
