Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Got another reunion year coming up in 11. They had an on-field gathering five years ago, so they may skip it in lieu of sticking to reunions ending in zero, but Lenny's been able to stay one step ahead of the jailer and Frank Cashen has been able to stay on the planet, and that may be hard to claim five years from now.Prediction: they throw a reunion, and they make Nelson Doublday a centerpiece of it, possibly including his induction into the Mets Hall of Fame.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Do you think it would have been announced by now?
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 I haven't been paying attention. Has a promotional calendar been established?

G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 The 35th anniversary of Mickey Lolich's season in a Mets uniform obviously takes precedence.
