Pitch-perfect Blaxploitation satire, with the joke-temperature slowly rising from semi-subtle to Zucker-Brothersian by movie's end (SPOILER: it concludes with a presidential Kung Fu fight). Think much more artfully, painstakingly rendered "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka." (Also, it's funnier.)
