It's weird. I mean, if you've got unsettled position battles, don't you want as many available PAs or IP to feed into your data set?

The thinking is that they've got X amount of guys scheduled to pitch, and X (or X+1) amount of guys ready to pitch, and no changing that variable once it's assigned.
