So let's review: - not getting the ball in allows the runner to get to 2nd - if that doesn't happen then there's no need for the IW a batter later - also the subsequent FO to CF doesn't result in a tag to 3rd - and finally, when one more out would allow us to escape unscathed, Pelfrey serves up a 2-out RBI single because there's some kind of fucking law that prevents him from getting an out there.

As soon as he's in the stretch, he's like a fidgety middle-schooler on a date, trying his first yawn-and-stretch. I'm kind of sick of watching Pelfrey, frankly, and could do without it for a while.
