Six minor league players in the Dominican Summer League were suspended for 50 games after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. The players are shortstop Alvaro Aristy of the San Diego Padres and pitchers Jose Batista of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Francis Moreta of the New York Yankees, Felix Ramirez of the Houston Astros, Ramon Reyes of the Chicago Cubs and Derlin Soriano of the New York Mets.
