Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Droll, lonely dwarf moves into abandoned rural train station, meets lonely hot dog vendor, lonely librarian, lonely mourning divorcee. Hijinx ensue.

Farmer Ted Old-Timey Member Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Can't believe it took me this long to watch this film. Was really good stuff. The cinemtography was excellent. Shocked that the budget for this thing was only $500,000.Liked it so much on DVD that I immediately watched it again with commentary from the director and three lead actors. That was a fun.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 My wife is more of a re-renter than I am, and we just saw this again. Please be reassured that this is still a wonderful film.Turned out McCarthy was also used as a writer on Up. Disney buys up the talent like the Yankees.
