Moises is at Shea and apparently they found nothing in his ankle MRI ... well I hope they found an ankle in there so it's more like an at least they didn't find anything in there that shouldn't be there kinda thing.

So he'll work out with the team and maybe be ready to go by the weekend if all goes well, although the exact activation date still probably depends on what's up with Schneider. Can't really promote Moises until we can demote a catcher.

Schneider last played six days ago. If they were to retroactively DL him, they'd be committing to another nine days without him.

I don't think I'd make that move, but it's worth considering.

If we can get by with Casanova and Molina for the next nine days, then Alou can be activated in place of Schneider.

If Schneider looks to be another three or four days away, it's probably worth DL-ing him. (If Alou is ready.)
