Road Trip to Philly - Saturday, June 30, 3:55 PM

I just ordered a block of 25 tickets to see the Mets in Philly on Saturday, June 30th. The game has been picked up as a network broadcast, so the new start time is 3:55 pm. The tickets are for the Scoreboard Porch, Section 242. The bad news is that the price of the tickets went up to $32 apiece. The good news is that the tickets come with a $10 per ticket food voucher that can be used at any of the concession stands. Considering the fact that you're not going to to to Citizens Bank without trying out a cheesesteak or Bull's BBQ or something, it's not a bad deal.

I'm claiming 8 tickets off the bat (although I might adjust that downward depending on my friends' availability). That leaves 17 seats available on a first come, first served basis.

I hate the fact that the Phillies ticket office treats me better than the Mets ticket office does.
