Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Aaron looking for his first career save.
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted August 17, 2005 Posted August 17, 2005 Cameron provided speed and defense even when he wasn't hitting. The same can not be said for Diaz. I do think that Diaz could develop into a pretty consistent offensive threat in the future.

Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted August 18, 2005 Posted August 18, 2005 One of the vets praising Rick?]Glavine kicked himself a little for not trusting his breaking ball against Bay, who launched a fastball over the left-field wall, but soon decided to go with a heftier selection of spinning pitches. Glavine even recorded an out in the third inning on a cutter, a rare feat for the 39-year-old left-hander. "Hey, you can teach an old dog new tricks," Glavine said he told Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson in the dugout.
