It seems like a fait accompli that Juan Soto and nobody else from the Mets will be named to the 2026 National League All-Star Team, but ... somewhere in the process, Luke Weaver's name is going to fall into the conversation.

And who knows, maybe if this or that guy gets injured, he gets a call.

Jacob Latz gets the WHODAT? Award.  The NL is announcing two more players than the AL at this time.  I don't know if that means somebody is injured in the NL or the AL is keeping some of their powder dry.
