Brewers had 3 runs on 4 hits yesterday and now 2 runs on 2 hits today, so 5 runs/6 hits over 10 innings total.

The Mets have helped out with a combined 7 walks, 3 errors, and now a WP.

But at least we have four solo HRs

It was more or less guaranteed as soon as they lifted Montas after 72 pitches.

So tonight the Brewers have 2 runs on a two-out bouncing ball to SS (E6),

one more on an even slower bouncing ball to SS (6-3 FC),

another one on a bouncing ball to 3B (they didn't call it an E5 on the guy brought in for better defense, but I do)

then two more on a two-out/two-run HR following an inning-ending play that apparently came a pitch thrown 1/4 second too late



So that's six of their seven runs that either shouldn't have or, with even a tiny morsel of luck, wouldn't have scored.



But at least we have three solo HRs!
