Paul Skenes (PIT) and Luis Gil (NYY) are this season's RoY's

Skenes and Padre OF Jackson Merrill split all the top votes in the NL (23 1st/7 2nd for Skenes; 7/23 for Merrill)

Brewer OF Jackson Churio (26) and Cub pitcher Shoto Imanaga (4) took all the third place votes



Much closer in the AL

Gil, who had a much better 1st half than 2nd, edged out Colton Cowser (BAL) 106 points to 101

Yanqui catcher Austin Wells was 3rd







Chris Sale (ATL) and Tarik Skubal (DET) are your CY winners.

Skubal was unanimous, Sale got 26 of 30 votes



Second place in each league went to Seth Lugo and Zack Wheeler ... Ouch!

NL ROY Paul Skenes finished 3rd

Sean Manaea grabbed one fifth place nod for a point and a tie for 11th place

Lindor finished second in MVP voting with 263 points, no first place votes. Not a lot of luck in Cy Young voting for Mets pitchers, but Sean Manaea earned a point.

Big power numbers, but my vote was for Joey Votto that year.

David Wright got hosed the year he lost to Jimmy Rollins. Strawberry's 1988 loss to Kirk Gibson was questionable, too.

The only Met that ever got "hosed" in MVP voting was Dwight Gooden, who should've won the 1985 award in a unanimous landslide sweep. You could make a very plausible case that Albert Pujols was better than both Wright and Rollins in 2007.
