whippoorwill Old-Timey Member Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 Based on the Louise Penny series, this is episodes of the books about Armand Gamache and his staff. Beloved in this household. So far, although we're okay with the cast (except maybe ONE actress) we're underwhelmed. Too much mishmash of the novels and stuff that isn't even part of the story line. We do love the cast (except aforementioned one person) but go to bed and discuss our puzzling thoughtsAnyone?
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted December 14, 2022 Posted December 14, 2022 It's on my list to watch, of course I always forget to watch Prime
whippoorwill Old-Timey Member Posted December 14, 2022 Author Posted December 14, 2022 Please let us know…We love the books, and like the shows but there are some things that leave us puzzled
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 I might benefit from not knowing the books?
whippoorwill Old-Timey Member Posted December 15, 2022 Author Posted December 15, 2022 Lol that is correct
whippoorwill Old-Timey Member Posted December 31, 2022 Author Posted December 31, 2022 This has ended strongly…IF it's renewed, it'll be a year til the new season airs.
