What is this two months stuff? He's on the hook for the whole lease term if the landlord cant find a replacement tenant.


Because you can't whine to the media that Syndergaard didn't pay if he's offered you two months and those two months haven't expired yet. What if it got rented? Then you look even worse.



They asked for 80k+ on 4/17. If Thor is not lying about offering the 54k they're bickering over a month's rent. A MONTH. They claim he owes three, he offered two, so they sued for the whole amount + lawyer fees. Because they know he has it. How is that not money-hungry and greedy?



Also, if you send a letter saying "you owe us 80k" do you have the legal standing to then demand 250?
