The banner the fans brought out versus the banner the team put up. Both are handsome, both are meaningful, one is particularly creative.

It's interesting that Mullin got the Mets script right on his earlier covers, but not on his later ones. It's correct here in 1966 as well as in 1964, but it's wrong in 1967 and 1968.
