Evans doubles and Wright drives him in. Nice. Beltran drives in Wright with a double and gets to third on an errant relay throw. Thats what we need. Evans has had some really nice at bats this game. He alone has forced the Phillie pitchers to throw a total of 28 pitches.

Moyer bats in the 7th so he will pitch the 7th. Heilman in and he walks Moyer to lead off the inning. Unbelievable. Chris Young pitching a no-no vs. the Brewcrew. In the 8th there. Aaron gets the DP grounder. Nice. Then Victorino hits a soft single to center and thats all for Heilman. Feliciano comes on.

I know Evans was coming in and should have had the easier play, but he didn't see it at all. Nor was he calling it. Reyes, with the more experience, should have made that play. He pulled off too early.

When I saw Dobbs was in for this series I just knew he was gonna be trouble. He's usually just off the bench to pinch hit, and very good at that. Charlie Manuel had a feeling Dobbs would be big and decided to start him. Damn.

Carp. Wright has a good at bat but can't keep it going. Moyers almost up to 60 pitches after 3.

Hope the Mets get to hittin the ball today. They are looking patient. They are having Moyer throw a good number of pitches. But Moyers hitting his spots and we are gonna have to hit the ball.

Phils plate 2, Dobbs double over Tatis head the big hit in the inning. Ruiz 2 out RBI single was big too, Pedro allowing the 8th spot hitter to drive in a run with a line single to left.

I get the Phils on TV thru Comcast. I don't mind these announcers at all. They are very good. All very imformative baseball talk, no fluff.
