One thing here, Howie Rose in on Vacation so Ed Coleman is with Gary Cohen, Coleman is useless, he had the call on the great David Wright play into the stands and he was lost, horrible call, actually it was a no-call, I wish gary Cohen had it, anyway the Mets lost so it all sucks..

yeah WP the Mets are winning....Wright at 3 and 2....come on you MetsGame over..Mets lose 8 of the last 10, the M's beat Pedro for the first time ever and the Mets offence is fucking horrible..

Steady Eddie in to close for the M's, Piazza out, Woodward hits for the Dauber, Wright on deck, 1 ball 1 strike, Woddie gets a hit into shallow center....

Tonight would be a good game to win, the Phills the Nats and the Marlins all lost, Atlanta won, Beltran up, he looks lost at the plate recently.

Ugly game is over...

Matsui in at second base....

Anderson just got tossed after striking out to end the inning with the bases loaded.....that doens't help in many ways...crap

Saturday Trivia.Pedro has never lost to the Mariners, here are his numbers.13 starts, 13-0, 1.30 ERA.TriviaWhat is the major-league record for most victories without a loss against one team ?( they did finally beat him)Active leaders in this are the Astros' Roy Oswalt with a 14-0 mark against the Reds, and Martinez can tie him Saturday. The Yankees' Randy Johnson (12-0 against the Cubs) and Kansas City's Jos Lima (10-0 against the Brewers

hint...we were in desperate need for a SS.

Who's your pick?,I'm going with the Arizona Sun Devils,, no reason either, dUmb question, why aren't teams from the North East competing for the College WS, am I wrong in thinking that they never seem to get to the big dance?

I would have thought the cheapest one was Cal Ripkens in the 2001 All-Star game in Seattle....I went looking for a comparable board to this place and came up with this, this board was a victim of EZ as well, Train they have a forum dedicated to your old kid Tyler Davidson.http://p214.ezboard.com/fseattlemarinersbaseballfrm54cool board at one time..EZ sucks.http://p214.ezboard.com/bseattlemarinersbaseball

The NY Mets(33-33) make a first ever visit to Seattle(28-36) and beautiful Safeco Field. The Mariner fans will welcome back Mike Cameron as he was a firm favorite after getting traded to Seattle in the Griffey Jr. deal.PROBABLE PITCHERSFriday, June 17 - 7:05PM (PT)Kazuhisa Ishii, LHP (1-5, 5.48)Scouting Report:The 32-year-old lefty struck out a season-high nine batters in his last start, but he also gave up five runs in 5 2/3 innings on six hits and a pair of walks. Even though his lone win this year came on the road, Ishii has struggled away from Shea: His home ERA is 3.91, while on the road it's 7.25. Jamie Moyer, LHP (5-2, 4.90)Moyer took a hard-luck no-decision in his last game, an eventual 2-1 Mariners loss to the Washington Nationals, despite pitching six innings and giving up one run while striking out four. The 42-year-old left-hander has turned in quality starts -- six or more innings, three earned runs or less -- in each of his last four outings to lower his ERA from 6.11 to 4.90.Saturday - June 18th - 7:05PM - (PT)Pedro Martinez, RHP (7-1, 2.56)Scouting Report:After carrying a no-hitter into the seventh on June 7 against the Astros, the Mets ace was a little off form in his most recent start, giving up three runs on six hits over seven innings while walking four and striking out three. Martinez twice beat the A's while with Boston last year, giving up just two earned runs on seven hits in 13 innings while walking four and fanning 13. The Mets, however, were shut out by the Oakland Athletics. Glavine is 3-2 with a 2.72 ERA over his last seven starts. The Mariners become the 27th different team against whom Glavine has started in his career. Gil Meche 6-4 - 4.38Seattle notesAaron Sele improved his interleague record to 18-7 and tied future Hall of Fame right-hander Greg Maddux for the most Interleague wins. KTE coming on Seattle

Why is Koufax on the outs with the Dodgers?, anyone know that deal, Pedro and Koufax chatted at Spring training this year, kinda cool that he goes to Mets ST,two of the best chatting, had to be cool.

from Newsday...]Matsui had ice on his left knee afterward, but said he would try to play Friday. Neither he nor Randolph accused Kendall of a dirty slide. From Kendall..]"I didn't do anything wrong," Kendall said. "He didn't get out of the way."

I know Robinson is a Hall of Famer and all but last night he was on TV saying that he had lost all respect for Scioscia and that nothing he could say would change his mind, infact FR would like Scioscia to never approach him again.......not taking sides here but Robinson seems like a bit of a dick...

Diaz singled to left, Daubach to second.Castro singled to center, Daubach scored, Diaz to second.Diaz out at 3rd....tied game.

Mark Kotsay homers (4) on a fly ball to center field. OAK 1-0Piazza hitting.

Zambrano - 5 Mientkiewicz - 2 Wright - 2 Reyes - 1

Didn't Kiner during the game last week mention that Koufax had the longest fingers on a pitcher he ever saw.Did Koufax no hit the Mets?

Rotblatt Rocks, of course if Daubach sucks I'll start a thread calling for Rots head.

I can't remember his last home run.

on page 10 of my google search I find this guy who really wants the Mets to spank the A's today...
