    Looks kinda chubby this spring. Maybe he's another Met that needs to be reminded that golf and the 19th hole are less important than Mets 2024. I expect him to be in the top five of a few team offense categories though. And him to lose a good 20 lbs.

    Gets hurt in May and is gone for at least six weeks. Has trouble getting back on track and trade value is diminished. Has an im- pressive September and signs with another team in the off-season for less that Stevie Warbucks offers him. Mets get bupkis as he walks for nothing.

    ... and all that jazz. Didn't know if ties count for my keeping the baton but here I am. 6:10 start televised on SNY. There's also the gimmicky* 'prospects game' today on SNY as well at 3:10. * (nothing really against the prospects game, actually kinda cool)
