Technically, they haven't announced those last two yet, but sometimes you've got to rely on speculation. Interesting to see the Cardinals opposing Niese with Not Yet Announced.

Meanwhile, Hall-of-Fame Electee John Smoltz has declared the Mets rotation to be "way better" than the one he pitched with in Atlanta, which is such high praise that it leaves me a little wary. He then goes on to complain about how pitchers are handled these days, and I've read it three times, and I'm possibly less certain what he's talking about than when I started.
