Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 7219 Satterwhite (1981 EZ47) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 3, 1981 by S. J. Bus at Siding Spring Observatory in the course of the U.K. Schmidt-Caltech Asteroid Survey. I'm Cody Satterwhite, and I toss a mean asteroid myself, closing for Bingo last year and hanging a 2.33 ERA on the scoreboard.Yeah, a good year in AA doesn't always get you an invite to big league camp. But I'm not just any AA player — I'm a AA player on his second organization, after a stint in indy ball, with two shoulder surgeries and 27 summers behind him. I got some mileage is what I'm saying. I've even represented the United States on the (baseball) field of honor. And yeah, those roster slots for international tourneys usually go to guys who don't really have anything else going for them at the moment, but I LURRVE America. You can laugh, but the Mets invited me, and that may make me the next Jeurys Familia, or the next Greg Walters. I don't know, and neither do you.Or maybe you do know. Do you? Could you tell me what my 2015 will look like?

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 I like how the over-performing and over-primped Hoots now look as alien as the Jim Baker crowd.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Yeah but what a song. What a time capsule.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Like that strikeout rate, and it's no fluke (see: abbreviated 2013; pre-injury stats with the Tiggers); the walk rate appears to be coming down enough to make him less Kunz-y/more Familiar. He ain't no budding '82 Lafite Rothschild like Syndergaard, or even an elegant midpriced Malbec like Montero, but among our high-minors wines-by-the-glass, this guy could be a real key-flute. I don't think we'll see him in September, even if the shoulder continues to hold up, but I'd like to.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 15, 2015 Author Posted March 15, 2015 Then it will truly be Satter-nalia!
