Mazzilli comes up at about 2:58:00. Hernandez, who was just talking about his appearance in this game, comes up three batters later, after Winfield fans and Carter pops to second, around 3:03:00.

Keith mentioned earlier in the booth that he lost his composure after the first pitch was called a strike despite being "a foot and a half outside." The first pitch in fact is on the outside corner, but looks more or less OK. It's the next one, called a strike despite being inside, that looks to be the one that gets Keith rattled, as he turns around to question the ump.
