Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Noah Syndergaard gets through the first. Flyout, strikeout, a ground single and a CS on a nice throw by catcher Austin Hedges, who should catch Kris Benson if he attempts a comeback.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Montero retires the other guys in his inning, thus ending the Mets part of this game.

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Hat a fun time at the game. Saw a tweet last night from Megdal that tix could be got for as little as $6 on stub hub, I decided then that lorcan and I would go. Called a friend and I got 3 tix for $21.Went to print them before we left only to discover our printer was not hooked up, I tried to install drivers but was having trouble so I just left for the game with proof on the stub hub app and my Gmail that I bought the tix. The Mets ticket office wouldn't re-print for me even though I showed the guy the proof along with my ID. I pointed out that stub hub is an official MLB partner. ... guy would not budge and we ended up walking all the way down Roosevelt Avenue to find a hotel so I can access my email and print tickets.maybe I was naive in thinking the ticket office could help me, so just for future reference keep that in mind.

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 I had expected a bigger crowd? , of course with so many people not in their seats and instead walking around it is not always easy to tell. met with Metfairy and hubby which was nice.....took another friend(Mets fan) on his maiden CF trip.....loved ittried the Pat LaFrieda's Steak Sandwich, liked it a lot.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Yeah, I think the answer is to print them to your mobile device and go straight to the gate, but I'd still let the organization know you weren't really helped very well by the booth personnel. I wouldn't expect an immediate answer but follow up with them after the ASG hoohah if you haven't heard anything.
