It's odd. It reads to me like a fluff high school essay topic or something.

The capacity of Citi Field is 41,800 with more than 45,000 fans allowed into the field when standing room only seats are filled to maximum.

Damn, I hate when I can't sit in my standing room only seats because they're filled to maximum.
