You'll never guess -- Seth Rogen plays a crude guy who hides his tenderness and confusion (about girls AND diseases) behind excessive crudeness.

This results in one line that had me howling in laughter (on a plane where I was watching it) but not much else. That Joseph Hyphenated-Name who looks like a marionette plays the unlucky (or is he really lucky?!?) cancer patient.

Was surprised to see this reviewed so well, pretty average to me.
