Of course such lists probably have the accuracy of long-range weather forecasts, but whatever. The other name with NYM connections on that list: Fernando Martinez. Boy it would suck if that happens.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 7, 2012 Author Posted March 7, 2012 I'll take the tradeoff, you know?Meanwhilst, 7-0, despite ValdeSPEEN grounding out with the bags juiced.Nice things hap when you take your walks.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 I went to today's game. All of the pitchers looked good but they were primarily facing minor leaguers. Turner looked good both at bat and in the field. Den Dekker had a nice opposite field double against a lefty. Not much to report. Here's a picture of three Mets that made the trip but didn't play:
Zach Thornton Syracuse Mets - AAA LHP On Sunday, the southpaw tossed five shutout innings as the bulk pitcher. He gave up 2 hits, walked 2 and had 5 strikeouts. Explore Zach Thornton News >
