Edgy MD Site Manager Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Alluded to in my wildy popular Raffy Perez thread.Predicted replacement: Adam Rubin.
Guest sharpie Guests Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Prediction: The Mets will trade a prospect to the Padres who McDonald liked but nobody else does.

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Joel Sherman Tommy Tanous, who did special assignment work for #Mets last yr, worked for JP RIcciardi in Tor, likely to replace MacDonald to run draft
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Tommy Tanous sounds like a mob name.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Tommy Tanous mentored by J.P. Ricciardi."I'll always remember asking J.P. where should I send my resume. And he said, 'Look, I've got 17 years in this business.... I'm your resume'."
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 And Tommy Tanous the new director of amateur scouting working under D3PO. (Really?)
