So the answers:

First Met to debut in black: Masato Yoshii, starting pitcher the first day the Mets wore them, April 5, 1998. Seven shutout innings, strikeouts, three hits en route to a 7-0 Mets win.

First Met to drive in runs in black: Butch Huskey had the first RBI, though Bernard Gilkey hit the ball that produced the first two runs..but he wasn't credited with RBIs because Pirates third baseman Freddy Garcia made a throwing error.

First Met to record a putout in black: Huskey again, on a Tony Womack fly to right.
