Was thinking Matt Morris (at this point, anyway)-- with the Phillies contract being his Pirate deal.

But Colon works, too (and, according to Baseball-Reference, is even closer an analog).

Hill's frequently recurring health issues should relegate him to a minor-league deal at this point, but for that price I'd have no problem giving him a look.
