Shea 1975 Gridiron Trivia

Name the three NFL teams who played two regular season road games at Shea in 1975. (Not a hint, but these three teams went a combined 6-0 in the games).

Cowboys, Cardinals, Colts.

Giants and Jets went a combined 6-22 in 1975, 3-11 apiece. Jets were 1-7 at Shea, Giants 2-6. Chances were everybody was going to go something-and-oh against the lot of them wherever they played.

The Giants' two Shea wins in '75 were over the 2-12 Chargers and 2-12 Saints. The Jets' only Shea win that year was against the 3-11 Pats.

Goodness did it ever suck being a New York football fan in the 1970s.
