Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman play a pair of terminally ill patients from different worlds that end up as hospital roommates. They compile a list of things to do before they die and set out to do as many as possible in the time they have remaining.

Guest themetfairy Guests Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 It looks like a vehicle for Nicholson to be more of a parody of himself than usual, and for Morgan Freeman to reprise his calm Shawshank Redemption demeanor.I'm not shelling out $9.50 apiece for that.

The movie has some very funny moments and it is better than much of what now passes as entertainment, but it could have been much better. Jack Nicholson does seem to have the same personna in virtually every role he plays the past few years. metfairy -"I'm not shelling out $9.50 apiece for that."Good lord, $9.50 a person? I wouldn't pay that either! Luckily, it was only $5.50 each for the movie.
