Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 Is Jim Frey the only Mets coach before Manny Acta to get hired to manage a Mets division rival? It's really unlikely to be much of a facta, as it's January 31st and nobody has any idea who the Nats pitching rotation will be. Maybe I'm a little concerned with the "clubhouse" thing, Reyes losing the young Dominican coach in the same year Cliff Floyd is flying, there may be a leadership void.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 I'm not worrried about Reyes,he's been around for a while, plus there's still Pedro and Franco to keep any young heads humble. That's an interesting fact about Frey if true,I never thought of that.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 This is true.Maybe I just wanted to make up a dumb rhyme.
