The final regular season game of the season brings us to the final POTG Beer Poll. I have had a lot of fun doing the polls for each of the 162 games this season. I hope that they were enjoyed by some of you.

The Mets ended their regular season on a positive note with another victory over the Washington Nationals. The win gave the Mets a 3 game sweep of the Nationals and capped a 4 game winning streak to close out the regular season.

So please join me in a toast to our team, the New York Mets....the National League East Champions. Thanks for a wonderful season and we hope for even better things to come. And while we're handing out accolades, a tip of the cap to one of the true greats of the game. Best of luck to you no matter where you end up next year. A great season and a great career deserve a great beer, so tonight we enjoy Bitburger Premium Beer.
