Why does the yearbook smell like celery?

I do remember that they used to add vegetable scents to the yearbooks, but I thought that was only for the revised editions.

Thanks, Coo. I do indeed have a hole at 1975.

Waddaya think, peeps? Do I owe her more than a Pedro pin for a 1975 Yabbuk?

Well, maybe this is a revised edition then

Edgy, no, no Pedro pin. I was truly kidding you. No charge.

It's not my birthday. You start pubilckly giving away things around here, these guys will empty your basement.

You get the extra pin. It won't extend my life any.

No, really.

Here is something I forgot to mention.

Sometimes when looking through my old Mets stuff, I come across little bits of my childhood that I stuck in to one of the books and forgot about.

I found a TV Guide article from 1987 (hardly a child, I was well into my twenties by then) about MLB dads. It featured a few then-Mets, including Keith, Lee Mazzilli, and Rusty and a picture of Keith, Mr. Hernandez and Ozzie Smith
Also mentioned was 22 year old Barry Bonds

Kinda fun to find that stuff

And please, no pin

I heard Ozzie Smith on NPR the other day singing "Cupid."

Cupid, draw back your bow
And let your arrow go
Straight to
My lover's heart
For me
Nobody but me
