Mets signed Mexico native Daniel Duarte a week ago. He didn't pitch in the majors in 2025, but between 2023 and 2024, he had a 3.53 ERA and a 132 ERA+. And his WHIP was only 1.318! Stearns is slipping, this one actually might have potential.
