Memories of Colin Poche

In all the hubbub of the offseason, no one noted that 2025 Met Colin Poche found a new team. On February 25, the Detroit Tigers signed Colin, who had a 27,00 ERA in his Mets career (which lasted a single game). 

But then the Tigers, not knowing the talent they had, released him on April 2. 

So, there's still hope he could rejoin the Mets yet.

I don't remember much from it, but I do actually remember watching the single game he pitched in., I also remember the predictable results. I remember it was kind of a bloodbath. I remember he and Zack Pop were signed about the same time. Looking at it more closely, he was let go by the Mets, but the Mets re-signed him at about the time they signed Pop. I have no idea why I remember so much about him, but I do. I was watching the games a lot more closely last year than this year. I mostly have them playing in the background this year, with occasional check-ins here and there.
